I could not have asked for a better selling/buying experience than the one I received from Josiah Williams. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect. I had heard buying was ridiculously stressful. Josiah calmed my nerves and made me feel as though everything was taken care of. My fiance and I managed to buy our house lower than what we had initially offered, and sold his condo for more than what we listed it.
